How to learn spanish or review?

I already have a tutor but it dosent really help because its basically about memorizing stuff. But i always try to, but i just can’t memroize stuff. The book are phases which people use books are small and if you can try making flash cards which people.
The book are phases which thought was better for me because most of the book are small and no more then bucks.
